Our gold foil journal has been in the works for a while now but only because we wanted to perfect them just for you! These multipurpose notebooks are ideal notebooks for keeping a travelogue, a daily journal, planning, note-taking, or even just those daily something 'importants'
The gold foil journal is an A5 Notebook ( 21 x 14 cm/ 8.2 x 5.5inch) size to easily carry and use. Made of excellent quality materials featuring a kraft brown cover and paper that is thick but also smooth and soft to touch!
They also work as exercise books and class notes for students or bullet journal and project notebook for work.
Note the pages in the gold foil journal are more of a yellow shade than white for a vintage look.
Find Yourself Here is the tagline for Nectar Yoga on Bowen Island, a place that is very near and dear to my heart as I host the annual #Atozselflove yoga retreat there encouraging women to hit pause on life, ask their family to step in and run away for some much needed 'me-time'. One our last day retreat to Nectar Yoga, the owner asked us to bring writing materials for some journaling post yoga session.
I wanted to make it easier for the guests to participate and take out all the hesitation and so I provided each guest with a gold foil journal stamped 'Let Go' and thus the gold foil journal was born!
